The DD/OS holster comes with your choice Duty Dropped and Offset belt attachment to make it compatible for carry with most types of plate carriers or shooting vests while still allowing for a full grip. The Gen1 DD/OS attachment is outfitted with a Tek-Lok belt attachment for easy installation and removal on/from the belt. The DD/OS Gen2 is a more stable platform that offers a belt slide and cant-adjustability. This holster is designed to be worn outside the waistband in the 3 o'clock carry position.
The hole spacing on the back of the holster will accommodate Safariland UBL, QLS, or Leg Shroud products.
BLACKOUT Semi-Custom holsters have the same gun model options as the Semi-Custom holsters but have are two-tone with Black on the outside and your choice of inside color.

I have a 509 midsize paired with Olight PL mini 2. I ordered the sidecar. It fits and secures perfectly. Holsters for the olight pl mini 2 seem hard to find. You will not be disappointed to purchase from T5custom. I had a question and Jerry stopped what he was doing and answered my questions and now I have an appendix rig that fits me and my 509 perfectly. They will be my goto for my next purchase.
