Returns Policy

If your holster becomes damaged or unusable within one year of purchase, we will repair it or replace it at no cost to you. If the holster, sheath, or other item has been cut, reheated, or otherwise altered and/or sold by a third party that is not an authorized dealer, the warranty will be voided. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the holster to us and we will pay for the return shipping to the customer. In the event that you have received a holster, mag carrier, sheath, or other item that is defective out of the box, we will cover all shipping costs necessary to replace the defective/incorrect item. Email for more information on returning an item. 

Please ensure that you have ordered correctly. If you order the incorrect gun model, light/laser attachment, or holster style, we may charge a 60% replacement fee at our discretion. 

We accept returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date on Basic Black items 
and Semi-Custom items (non-custom items). Returned items will have a 60% restocking fee. NO RETURNS ON LEFT HANDED HOLSTERS. 
All kydex products not on the Basic Black/Semi-Custom  page(s) are considered to be CUSTOM. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Returns are not accepted if this criteria is not met. Custom orders are still eligible for warranty service.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Additional fine print regarding shipping: Once your order has been packaged for shipment, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number.  USPS is experiencing unprecedented shipping volumes and limited employee availability causing possible delays in service as a result of COVID-19.  T5 Custom Kydex cannot, and does not, make any guarantees for USPS delivery times.  Once USPS tracking states that an item has been delivered, T5 Custom Kydex is no longer responsible for the transport and delivery of the item.  Should your item show as delivered, but you are unable to locate the item, we suggest that you contact your local postmaster or postal carrier and/or review the lost package guidelines at to assist in locating a package that has been marked as delivered.  Should your order arrived damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
