Returns Policy

If your holster becomes damaged or unusable for any reason at any time, we 
will repair it or replace it at no cost to you. The customer is 
responsible for the cost of shipping the holster to us, and we will pay 
for the return shipping to the customer. In the event you have received a
holster, mag carrier, sheath, or other item that is defective out of 
the box, we will cover all shipping costs necessary to replace the 
defective/incorrect item.

Please ensure that you have ordered correctly. If you order the incorrect gun model, light/laser attachment, or holster style, we may charge a 25% replacement fee at our discretion. 

We accept returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date on Quick Ship items 
and Wallet/Card Carriers (non-custom items). All kydex products not on the 
Quick Ship/Wallet page(s) are considered to be CUSTOM. Returned items must be in new, 
unused condition. Returns are not accepted if this criteria is not met. Custom orders 
are still eligible for warranty service for the life of the product.
